Summer is over even though the weather is still scorching hot (this week will be over 110F). Hayley was so excited to start school today. This will be her second year at Montessori Christian Academy and we look forward to more great accomplishments from her. She has definitely grown since her first day of school at the beginning of this year. Check out her poses before school and finally became serious when she arrived in the classroom.

First Day of Kindergarten
Ethan started Kindergarten today at Bright Beginnings School. He was very excited and seems to like his teacher. It's so funny seeing him with a big backpack, but at the same time, it is so neat to see him with responsibilities of putting his things away in appropriate places in the classroom. He did it with no hesitation (unlike at home) and was actually very proud of it. My baby is growing up!

Summer Plans
School is over and it is time to go back to Kids Incorporated. Hayley is now in the 3's room while Ethan is in the pre-K/school age room. The teachers from last year are still there, so it was no problem sending them there. Even some of their classmates from school are there this summer.

Cousins
My brother and family are visiting us from Dallas and the kids just met each other in a very long time and Hayley, Michaela and Caitlyn for the very first time. But I'm so happy to see that they get along like they've known each other forever.

Chinese Class Graduation
Ethan completed his Chinese class today at Tzu Chi Foundation and his class did a performance for the parents. They did great and celebrated with some yummie snacks at the end.
